Healthy body is as essential as a healthy mind. This section provides health tips for all. From fighting obesity to eating right and having proper exercise techniques are covered here.

Eating right when the budget's tight

TIP 1: Stick to a plan
Work out how much you're going to spend on food each week and stick to it. Otherwise, you could be eating like a king at the start of term and recycling teabags by the end.

TIP 2: Eat in
On campus diners are normally cheaper than eateries outside. If your college has more then one dining hall, try them all!! College students often complain of boredom with their meals - you'd be bored with any restaurant if you ate there three times a day, seven days a week and nine months out of the year!

TIP 3: Don't skip meals
Remember to eat at least three meals every day. It may seem like you can function on caffeine alone, but your brain and body will fail you when you need them most if you rountinely skip meals.

TIP 4: Cut down on caffeine
In short term caffeine makes you feel more alert, but large doses lead to insomnia an increased tension/anxiety.

TIP 5: Variety is the spice of life
Eat variety of different foods. Instead of choosing peanut butter and jam for lunch every day or stocking up on Maggie Mee because they're cheap.
